Pharma Link and Gro Link didn't start as generic dashboards. They were shaped around the real, messy operations of pharmacy distribution and multi-branch grocery retail — where a missed expiry date or an untracked till actually costs money. Exp Link came from the same instinct, aimed at a smaller, more personal problem: knowing exactly where your own money went this month.
That's still how we build: understand the workflow first, then design software that fits it, instead of asking a business — or a person — to bend around ours.
